Bare Fruit Product Review

100% Organic Cinnamon Apple Chips

                                           reviews 001                reviews 004
I was given the opportunity to review Bare Fruit’s Cinnamon Apple Chips.  Bare Fruit is out of Washington State and believes in making certified all-organic, healthy and delicious-tasting snacks using as few ingredients as possible.  The fruit they use to make their products comes from local, sustainable farms which use no pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers or antibiotics.   All of their snacks are 100% Organic and Kosher with no added sugars or preservatives.  They do not add anything else to their products, with the exception of organic cinnamon, hence the name Bare Fruit.   Their other flavors of bake-dried apples include Fuji Apple and Granny Smith Apple, but apples are not the only baked-dried fruit they make. They also have bake-dried cherries, mangos and pears.  And did you know that Bare Fruit provides two servings of fruit in every bag?  A truly healthy and delicious snack!
As I mentioned, I tried the Cinnamon Apple chips.   Like the majority of Bear Fruit’s snacks, these are Gluten-free as well as being fat free.  I was expecting them to be similar to those other dried-apple snacks I have had in the past, but I was wrong!  These actually tasted exactly like slices of apples with a hint of cinnamon, as opposed to those sweetened, ‘fake apple’-tasting snacks of my childhood!   Each chip was crisp and crunchy with a sweet taste that had just a hint of sour-citrus flavor…just like an apple!  As my husband said, “It’s like eating an apple-chip! Almost exactly like an apple in taste, yet they have the crispness and crunchiness of a potato chip”.  These have become his new favorite snack!  Even my son liked them saying, “They taste like a dried-up bite of apple!”

As a wife and mother I could not be more pleased with Bare Fruit’s Cinnamon Apple Chips.  Now I have a great way to introduce more fruit into my family’s diet, which is a good source of fiber.  I don’t have to worry about my son getting too much sugar from this snack, and I don’t have to worry about my intake of fat!  If you are looking for a healthy snack that actually tastes good, look no further than Bare Fruit!  You can find out more about Bare Fruit on their website which also includes so amazing recipes!   Like them on Facebook , follow them on Twitter and buy their snacks online through the Bare Fruit website STORE and many other online stores.

I was given this product for free for the purpose of review.  I am not being compensated in any way, nor am I under contract with any company.  All reviews are my own opinion.

YUM!!! Those look amazing! I simply love dried fruit, and the kids do too! I send it for them as snacks when they are away from home more than a few hours. They are always hungry, and I want them to eat healthy food instead of junk. :)

These dried fruits actually look yummy :) Most of the time, I am against eating these because they are lack luster for taste, but I bet these would be wonderful.
