Chobani Greek Yogurt Review and Giveaway

Win Your Own Case of Chobani Assorted Flavors!  Starts Tonight at 12:01am EST

I recently had the opportunity to try Chobani Greek Yogurt for the purpose of review.  I was sent a case full of flavors, which is only a small sample of what Chobani offers!  Started in 2005 by a man named Hamdi Ulukaya, Chobani has grown from just a few employees to over 1200.
Chobani uses only natural ingredients in their yogurt, including real fruit, with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Their Greek Yogurt contains two times the amount of protein as regular yogurt, has 5 real and active cultures and is Gluten-free.  Their products are available in both Low-Fat and Non-Fat and there is a great selection of flavors, the majority of which are available in 16oz, with a select few available in 32oz.
Non-Fat Flavors: Black Cherry, Strawberry, Plain, Peach, Vanilla, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Blood Orange, Peach, Honey, Lemon and Apple Cinnamon.
Low-Fat Flavors: Passion Fruit, Strawberry Banana, Mango, Pineapple and Plain.
Blended Flavors (16oz): Vanilla Chocolate Chunk, Peach, Vanilla, Low-Fat Plain, Blueberry, Black Cherry, Mango, Pineapple and Fat-Free Plain.
32 Ounce Flavors: Strawberry, Vanilla, Low-Fat Plain and Non-Fat Plain
Champions: Very Berry, Orange Vanilla, Honey-Nana and Vanilla Chocolate Chunk.

I had never had Greek Yogurt before so I was quite surprise to find it tasted nothing like the regular yogurt I usually eat.  It had a flavor definitely reminiscent of sour cream, and at first I did not think I was going to like it.  I had selected the Non-Fat Black Cherry to start with.  When I opened it up, you could see how thick and creamy it was.  I took my spoon and stirred it up and was pleased to see plenty of good-sized pieces of real Black Cherry.  Once stirred the taste was that of cherry-flavored sour cream, which after a few bites, I found myself enjoying.

                                                               AFTER STIRRING…LOTS OF REAL FRUIT!!

Over the next several days, I tried many other flavors and found them all to be thick, creamy and filled with lots of fruit and flavor.  My favorites are the Black Cherry, Blueberry, Blood Orange and Strawberry.  My husband does not care for Greek Yogurt, but my son has fallen in love with it! I will definitely be getting some more as they make a great healthy snack for him, and the perfect breakfast for myself!
Not only does Chobani offer a natural, healthy and delicious yogurt, but they make sure they give back through their Shepherds Gift Foundation which donates 10% of all profits annually to a variety of causes, all of which are helping to make the world a better place.
Chobani can also be found on:Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and their website http://www.chobani.com/ .
Chobani Greek Yogurt is available in grocery stores all over the United States, Australia and Canada.  There is a Store Locator on their website, as well as some wonderful coupons!  And don’t forget to check out the Kitchen tab on their site for some amazing and delicious recipes, videos, tips and tricks!  Starting tonight at 12:01am EST, one lucky Bullock’s Buzz reader will win their very own assorted case of Chobani Greek Yogurt!  Just enter the Rafflecopter below, make sure to do the mandatory requirements, and a winner will be chosen randomly when the contest ends on August 30 at 12:01am EST.  Best of luck!

a Rafflecopter giveaway I received this product for free for the purpose of review. I was not compensated in any other way, nor am I under contract with this company. All opinions are my own.

I absolutely love Greek yogurt! Chobani is one of my preferred brands, along with Fage. Both have two very different textures and tastes :) The best flavors in my opinion, are the mango and strawberry.

I'm not a huge fan of greek yogurt. I tried it in so many different flavors. I rather stick to plain yogurt and add my own fruits.
