   Since I am Jewish and my husband is Christian, each year we decorate our tree in a silver and blue (Hanukkah colors) theme, and celebrate the true meaning behind both holidays.  So you can imagine how excited we were when looking for our special 2012 Christmas ornament on the Ornaments with Love website, and we found the perfect one, the Hanukkah Menorah Christmas Ornament with Dangling Star!  We were so excited, we knew this was ‘the one’, especially when we saw we could personalize it with our family name and the year!



   Ordering and personalizing the ornament was a cinch and took very little time.  The site is very user friendly and tells everything about each ornament you could want to know.  We simply filled in the form where it asked for our name, the year and the quantity we want, then add it to the cart and proceed to check out.  I think the entire process took maybe 4 to 5 minutes! 




   We were even more pleased when the ornament arrived just a few days later!  It was securely wrapped so as not to break, and it was perfectly made!  It has a beautiful silver Menorah with two snow white doves on either side, all on a background of blue.  Below the Menorah is a blue banner with the words “Happy Hanukkah” in pretty white script, and an oval outlined in silver attached below that.  Inside the oval is our family name, and dangling from the oval is a blue and white Star of David with the year 2012 printed inside.  It hangs from a satiny white ribbon securely attached with small metal hoops in the very top of the ornament.  I will not have to worry about it loose!  I would estimate that it measures approximately 6“ in height and 3“ in width.  It is made of resin, a very durable material, and beautifully crafted.   Our ornament is perfect, and I cannot wait to add it to our tree this year!
